One of our most frequently asked questions is, "What insurance do you accept?"  Great news!  We accept almost all insurances that do not require you to stay in a specific network.

How much your insurance company will pay is a difficult question to answer.  It depends on many factors.

1.  The type of policy your Company has chosen for you.
2.  What amount of deductible applies to your policy?
3.  The amount of the maximum allowed for the year.
4.  The amount of benefits that you have already used for the year.

We will be more than glad to contact your Insurance Company and get a break down of your benefits.  We will estimate your portion of your visit with this information.

When we file your claim for you, there may be a portion you owe the day services are rendered.
